Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable surgical assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the dental or oral surgery field, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Setting up operatories and treatment trays for various procedures
  • Reviewing medical history and taking vital signs
  • Maintaining sanitary conditions and sterilization of instruments
  • Adhering to HIPAA standards and OSHA protocol
  • Assisting during surgeries and providing pre and post-operative care to patients
  • Ensuring the best possible patient experience
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Virginia Radiology certification
  • High School diploma
  • Basic computer knowledge

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a positive work environment. Knowledge of dental and medical terminology is a plus, as is bilingual ability.
