Senior Equipment Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong knowledge of automation and fabrication processes, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal direct supervision. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. - This role requires the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving of equipment issues, establish technical expertise on equipment and product assembly, and provide technical engineering support to internal partners and customers.
- The successful candidate will have experience with welding, machining, soldering, and assembly in a manufacturing environment, as well as familiarity with Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety Standards.
