Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care for residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide assistance with daily living activities as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure for the state of practice.
- Basic ability to communicate and comprehend, with knowledge of basic nursing skills and medication administration.
