As a Food Service Team Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service to our customers by greeting them warmly, taking orders accurately, and preparing their food with precision and care.
You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and promptly, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.
The estimated salary for this position is $12-$15 per hour, plus tips, based on location and experience. Additionally, full-time employees may be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan after one year of employment.
To succeed in this role, you must be at least 16 years old, possess basic computer skills, and have the ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and stoop throughout your shift. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and preparing their food with precision and care
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and promptly
