The estimated salary for this position is $12-$15 per hour, plus tips, based on location and experience. Additionally, full-time employees may be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan after one year of employment.

To succeed in this role, you must be at least 16 years old, possess basic computer skills, and have the ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and stoop throughout your shift. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and preparing their food with precision and care
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
