Key Responsibilities:- Provide competent and compassionate nursing care to patients and families
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of the Pediatric Gastroenterology nursing team
- Train and guide the daily activities of clinical support staff
- Facilitate excellence in patient care delivery within nursing scope of practice
- Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and protocols, as well as hospital and regulatory policies and practices
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and critical thinking in the care of pediatric gastroenterology patients
