We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Safety Specialist to join our team at ClubCorp. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and guests in our pool environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a clean, well-maintained, and safe aquatic environment in compliance with club and public health department standards.
- Connect members to other members through ongoing contact and promotion of club activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment through proper cleaning and preventative maintenance of aquatic equipment, filter room equipment, heaters, and pool surfaces.
- Administer aquatic services, including teaching swim lessons, supervising group swim activities, and assisting with other aquatic program activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three months' work experience as a lifeguard.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- CPR certification required.
- Local candidates only, as this position does not offer relocation.
- Part-time seasonal position for summer only.
- Must have flexible hours.
