Empathetic Support for Seniors

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide empathetic support and assistance to our elderly clients in Mission Viejo, CA and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide companionship, assist with personal care, lend a hand with meals, and perform light housekeeping tasks. Additionally, they will be responsible for transportation assistance and ensuring the overall well-being of our clients.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide Companionship: Share stories, play games, go for walks, and brighten someone's day.
  • Assist with Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks.
  • Lend a Hand with Meals: Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Light Housekeeping: Keep the home cozy and clean with a few household tasks.
  • Transportation Assistance: Help clients get to appointments or run errands.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No professional experience required. Family experience and/or professional caregiver experience is accepted.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
  • Ability to communicate with office staff, clients, and other caregivers through phone call, text, and email.
