Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Recruiter to join our team. As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent in your assigned region. You will work closely with our hiring managers and branch operations teams to identify and develop candidates who meet our company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies to meet company hiring needs.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and develop relationships with local colleges, universities, and community organizations to attract top talent.
  3. Hiring Process Management: Partner with hiring managers and branch operations teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  4. Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations to qualified candidates.
  5. Pipeline Management: Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics to ensure success.
  6. Training and Support: Provide training and support to branch staff on recruitment best practices.
  7. Operational Partnership: Work collaboratively with operational leadership to provide guidance and support on recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume, full-life cycle recruiting environment
  • Proven track record of successfully turning goals into action through creative strategies and plans
  • Experience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems
  • Goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
