Job Summary:
We are in search of an SAP Solutions Consultant to enhance, optimize, and sustain our SAP S4 Hana ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal abilities, a solid grasp of ERP systems, and a keen interest in agile methodologies. Active involvement in the complete development lifecycle is anticipated, encompassing design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The successful applicant will be a proactive self-starter, capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical components, including serial number management, equipment, functional locations, and work centers.
- Design and develop warranty and preventive maintenance processes.
- Experience with maintenance plans, maintenance processing, and notification types.
- Familiarity with the configuration of comprehensive master data, including serial numbers, BOM, maintenance task lists, measuring points, counters, PM work centers, and maintenance plans.
- Collaborate extensively with business users, functional teams, developers, and integration specialists.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and end-user manuals.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PM/MM solution capabilities and business process configurations.
- Expertise in master data configuration and the ability to guide and train users on business processes.
- Proven experience in customizing SAP PM/MM.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes within SAP PM/MM.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading functional teams in all SAP-related activities.
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration related to PM.
- Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps and proposing alternative solutions.
- Prior experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and Fleet Management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP PM production support and functional testing.
- Familiarity with S/4 HANA.
- Capability to create Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Business Process Procedures (BPP) for the solutions delivered.
- Over 5 years of experience in large-scale SAP deployment, support, and/or upgrade projects, specifically in MM and PM modules.
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels.
- High initiative and critical thinking skills to translate business challenges into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
