Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista Team Member to join our team. As a Barista Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to hospital guests and staff by preparing and serving quality beverages and food items.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items to hospital guests and staff.
  • Follow Department of Public Health and Environment Safe Handling Guidelines regarding food safety and sanitation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications:

  • One year previous barista, food service, or point of sale experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.
