Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Ideally, 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred certification as an accountant with a minimum of 3 years in transaction support services, ideally within a private equity context.
  • Additional experience in a private equity portfolio support group, consultancy, service delivery, or operational role with private equity responsibilities.
  • Client service experience with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and enterprise value in an M&A context.
  • Based in Chicago with regular travel as required.
  • A strong work ethic complemented by intellectual curiosity and creativity.
