Healthcare Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Orthopedic and Medical Surgical unit at Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing departmental resources.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of nursing departments, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration with nursing leaders and other departments to achieve financial and patient care objectives.
- Development and implementation of strategic plans to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and employee engagement.
- Foster a supportive work environment that promotes professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Montana.
- Leadership/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial acumen.
The hourly range for this position is $43.67 - $67.41 per hour, depending on experience. Intermountain Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
