About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee the construction process in our assigned communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality control, cost management, and adherence to schedules.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct all construction aspects, guaranteeing quality standards and schedules are met, and profitability is assured.
  • Coordinate construction activities from inception to move-in, including scheduling and supervising trade partners.
  • Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the construction process, including pre-construction meetings, inspections, and final walkthroughs.
  • Manage documentation, including approving change orders, purchase orders, and safety logs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer care, and management, to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to the SWPPP compliance program, as well as other quality standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness requirements.
Your Toolbox
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, while a college degree is preferred.
  • Experience in residential construction management is highly desirable.
  • You should possess strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is essential.
  • A valid driver's license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage are also required.
  • You should have knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and the ability to read blueprints.
Compensation & Benefits

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $66,560.00 - $98,473, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
