Chief Operating Officer Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary leader to provide strategic leadership and oversight for our multi-unit restaurant group. As a dedicated team, we are looking for someone who wants to play a pivotal role in our major expansion and drive the overall success of our operations.

About the Role:
As Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the organization, in collaboration with the executive team, to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability across all locations. You will provide leadership and guidance to the Directors of Operations, overseeing their performance and ensuring the effective management of multiple restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability across all locations.

  • Culture Development: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the organization.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.

Requirements:
A Minimum of 10 Years of Senior Leadership Experience: A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on multi-unit operations. Proven success in overseeing and optimizing the performance of multiple locations is essential.

Compensation Package:
This position offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid vacation, and retirement plans.
