Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Manager to join our team at K-VA-T Food Stores Inc. As a Front End Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front end operations of our store, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Front End Operations: Supervise and manage the front end operations of the store, including cashiers, courtesy clerks, and fuel associates.
  • Security: Maintain the security of the store's safe and change funds, and ensure that all cash, deposits, and pick-ups are properly handled.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining the proper inventory levels of all items for sale in the customer service area and candy racks.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to front end associates to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that the front end operations of the store run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer service or retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
