As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for receiving, recording, and sorting donations to ensure efficient processing through our Kaizen system. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be the face of Goodwill Industries to the public. Key responsibilities include:

* Receiving and processing donations in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Kaizen guidelines and principles
* Providing exceptional customer service to donors and customers
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent preferred
* Experience in retail and/or stock handling a plus
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds
* Sufficient mobility to turn, lean, kneel, or bend for extended periods
