Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Services Director to join our team at HealthPro Heritage. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language pathology, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role. You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve patient outcomes, managing a team of therapists, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to improve patient outcomes
  • Manage a team of therapists, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CARF and JCAHO standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language pathology
  • Current license in the state(s) assigned
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and managing budgets
