Job Summary

HealthPro Heritage, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Director to lead our rehabilitation services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, managing a team of therapists, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients and align with our company's mission and values.
  • Manage a team of therapists, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists, to ensure that they are providing high-quality patient care and meeting performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that rehabilitation services are delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation services and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure in the state(s) assigned.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation services, including experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing rehabilitation programs and managing a team of therapists.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation services.
