About the Role:
As a Residential Cleaning Professional at The W Group, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This includes resident rooms, laundry, restrooms, common areas, and offices. Your primary focus will be on creating a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and organize all areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff
  • Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, and folding
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
  • Conduct regular checks on inventory levels of cleaning supplies and materials
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
