- Evaluate student learning using appropriate modalities and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in curriculum development, mentoring of students, and institutional service.
- Engage in professional development and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- AAS Degree in Medical Assisting from an accredited college.
- Current professional credential held CMA.
- Ability to teach face-to-face, online, and hybrid classes.
- Flexibility to teach morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend classes.
- Understanding of assessment and continuous improvement.
- Experience with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Assisting or related field.
- Experience in medical field with emphasis on outpatient medical coding and administrative management.
- Professional certification CMA and additional credentials in the field.
- Two or more years of teaching experience.
- Experience teaching hybrid, online, and multimodal courses.
