Club Pilates Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Pilates instructors to join our team at Club Pilates Winston-Salem. As a certified Pilates instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach group reformer classes, provide private and semi-private sessions, and contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Pilates group reformer classes to clients of all levels, utilizing creative sequencing and proper form to ensure a safe and dynamic experience.
  • Conduct private and semi-private sessions, as well as intro and other additional sessions as needed.
  • Inspect equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment.
  • Assist with client check-in and educate members on studio products and services.
Requirements:
  • Current full apparatus Pilates certification, with a minimum of Mat, Reformer, and Tower certification.
  • Experience teaching group classes and ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our studio's approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
