Primary Duties:

  • Receive, assess, and confirm incoming materials, ensuring precision in both quantity and quality.
  • Safely and effectively load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Systematically organize and store materials in assigned locations, adhering to company protocols.
  • Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools as necessary.
  • Prepare and finalize orders for shipment or collection in accordance with established schedules (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain precise records of materials and products.
  • Support the maintenance of a tidy and organized warehouse environment.
  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Material Handler or in a comparable position.
  • Capability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification preferred).
  • Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Physical endurance and the capacity to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
