Position Summary
We are seeking skilled visual merchandising professionals to enhance the presentation of Fender accessories in retail environments. This role involves collaborating with Guitar Center locations to ensure optimal product visibility and accessibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct two visits to each assigned store: a comprehensive three-hour merchandising session followed by a two-hour follow-up to assess and improve displays.
  • Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays to attract customer attention.
  • Manage inventory effectively by transitioning products from backstock to the sales floor.
  • Install Fender branding graphics to elevate brand presence and reinforce identity.
  • Utilize ThirdChannel technology to submit detailed reports of store visits, including before-and-after photos and written summaries.
  • Enhance the overall presentation and visibility of Fender products in retail settings.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Adaptable and able to collaborate with store management to determine optimal scheduling.
  • Proficient in capturing data, taking high-quality photographs, and composing detailed summaries using a smart device.
  • Capable of working independently while fostering positive relationships with store teams.
  • Energetic and physically able to move products and remain active throughout the day.
  • Reliable and committed to completing tasks as scheduled.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • This role is classified as an independent contractor position.
  • Competitive compensation starting at $21/hour, with additional travel incentives based on experience.
