Genuine Parts Company seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager, Under Car / Brakes to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding Under Car product sales to current and new customers across all distribution levels.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience.
  • Must have a solid record of success developing new business, while still being able to maintain and grow existing business.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays as required by the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Presents, communicates, and sells storeowners and their installer customers on NAPA category strategic initiatives, promotions, value propositions, and training materials.
  2. Develops and executes sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  3. Provides field insights to help drive sales and strategic Category initiatives.
  4. Builds strong relationships with store owners and their installer customers.
  5. Stays up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
