Job OverviewThis is a full-time, in-office position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with process servers and other team members to ensure the efficient processing of documents going to and from courts.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review documents for court filing, including resolving any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with process servers to deliver legal documents to the Oklahoma office.
- Store and retrieve warrants for court proceedings.
- Confirm that documents are scanned and filed correctly.
- Prepare documents for court filing and process incoming mail.
- Resolve issues with filings and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to produce high-volume results and meet daily goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with peers.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
- Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
