Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Foreman to oversee the construction of various projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in concrete work and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee a crew of 3-10 people to ensure safe working conditions and meet deadlines.
* Manage staff, equipment, and minimize production costs.
* Delegation of responsibility and coordination with other foremen and contractors.
* Quality control and management of field problems, punch lists, timecards, and evaluations.
* Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of concrete experience and 2 years in a leadership position.
* Successful pre-employment background check and drug screen.
* 10-Year DMV Report required for driving company vehicles.

Physical Requirements:

* Work involves sitting, walking, or standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.
* Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of five to fifty pounds.
