Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and bilingual Community Leader to oversee the operations of our residential properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring the overall success and functionality of the assigned community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and management of the property.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and fully operational.
- Engage with residents to foster strong relationships and enhance retention.
- Implement effective cost control measures to maximize net operating income.
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
- Enforce lease agreements and maintain compliance with housing laws.
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Supervise maintenance teams to uphold property standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety.
- Manage vendor contracts and oversee project bids.
- Train and guide office staff in sales and marketing initiatives.
- Handle rental collections and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in community management or a related field. A valid driver's license is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting skills. The ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, along with excellent communication skills, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary, and a willingness to work flexible hours is expected.
