**Job Title:** Licensed Vocational Nurse, LVN

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks, wound dressing, and catheter insertion
  • Listen to residents' concerns and address their questions and needs promptly
  • Accurately document resident progress notes and report any changes in condition to the nurse supervisor
  • Assist and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Completion of LVN training from an accredited school or college
  • Valid LVN license in good standing
  • CPR and BLS certification
  • IV certification a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred
