Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee training and conduct performance evaluations for team members
* Foster a culture of safety, production management, and teamwork
* Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
* Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize manufacturing operations
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions and perform timely repairs to minimize production interruptions
* Document standard work and best practices, maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, and prepare reports on maintenance performance

Requirements:

* Associate degree from a technical trade school or a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision within a high-speed manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and machine operating equipment
* Ability to operate in a lean manufacturing environment using tools like 5S and other continuous improvement methods
* Extensive experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and related programming software
* Proficiency in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
* Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams for maintenance tasks
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
