Job Overview

As a Primary Care Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include providing primary-care services, collaborating with facility staff, and developing comprehensive care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality primary care services to residents and patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with facility staff.
  • Manage medication and treatment plans, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient communication with healthcare teams.
  • Participate in on-call triage duties as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduated from a physician assistant educational program that is accredited by a National Commission on Accreditation of Allied Education Programs.
  • Passed the national certification examination.
  • Licensed by the state in which you reside as a Physician Assistant.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with facility staff, patients, and families.
Compensation and Benefits

Our estimated salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
