Job Overview
Frontage Laboratories, a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO), is seeking a skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to support the success of our clinical studies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of research protocols and maintaining high-quality data.

**Responsibilities:**
• Assist Principal Investigators and Sub-Investigators with study procedures, such as venipunctures, specimen collection, and vital sign measurements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of study protocols and flowcharts, implementing procedures in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators on various tasks, including labeling, taping, and data transcription.
• Maintain up-to-date training records for SOPs and study conduct.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the research process.

**Requirements:**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a related medical position, preferably in a clinical research setting.
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems, MS Office, and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience. Frontage Laboratories offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
