Key Responsibilities of a Sanitation Technician:

  • Thoroughly maintain and clean various floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Adhere to established procedures for utilizing chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to floors and other surfaces.
  • Regularly clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
  • Dispose of trash appropriately, including the use of compactors for specific materials.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with suitable cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Perform spot cleaning on carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing as needed.
  • Restock paper products and sanitary supplies as required.
  • Follow the housekeeping schedule diligently.
  • Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and backpack vacuums.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as necessary based on the scope of work or client requirements.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrate reliability and dependability.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to pass a drug test when required.
  • Previous cleaning experience is advantageous.

Position Details:

  • Part-Time Employment
  • 5 hours of work per day
  • Flexible schedule from Sunday to Saturday
  • Compensation at $13.00 per hour
