**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-Time Stylist to join our team. As a Full-Time Stylist, you will be responsible for leading by example to ensure our customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
  • Supports recruiting efforts to build a team of great talent that work within our culture of HEART – both in values and the HEART Styling Experience.
  • Possess a strong passion for fashion and trend, maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
  • Lead by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager.
  • Support the coaching and leading of the styling floor and team when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present.
  • Support the daily operations of the business, including the coordination of daily operations, management of store inventory, and upholding merchandising and store visual standards.
  • Drive for results as the lead sales generators in stores, maintaining a minimum of $140 SPC and $150 SPH (sales per hour), and $1000 per day in sales or $25,800 per month.
  • Lead their Division of Responsibility based on volume group.

  • Fashion credible, up to date on current trends and contemporary fashion brands. Willing to take risks with fashion and be an early adopter of new trends.

  • Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
