About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telematics Systems Analyst to join our Fleet & Procurement (F&PS) Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing system support, training, and product feedback to our Fleet Telematics platform (Fleet Complete).

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration (70%):
    • Manage internal inbox support, field phone calls, and ad-hoc requests to minimize open support issues.
    • Update user and equipment access and permissions.
    • Interact with Fleet Complete 1LS on ticket escalations or resolutions.
    • Support internal company on accident and incident investigations.
  • Training & Communications (20%):
    • Develop and/or update system documentation.
    • Train field users on recurring support and system tasks.
    • Manage and distribute weekly and monthly reporting to leadership.
    • Maintain monthly newsletter communication.
  • Improvements (10%):
    • Drive improvements in telematics system by proactively engaging with Field Operations to ensure awareness, actions, and compliance with program requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, IT, or other quantitative-oriented disciplines.
  • 0-2 years of system administration and/or program management experience.
  • Strong experience in project management, customer service, and supporting system applications.
  • Experience in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and Fleet Management Systems is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and an ability to identify problems, design and articulate solutions, and implement change.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
About Us

As a full-service utility contractor, Asplundh performs tree pruning and removals, right-of-way clearing and maintenance, vegetation management with herbicides, and emergency storm work and logistical support. Asplundh is the parent company of Asplundh Infrastructure Group whose subsidiaries provide overhead and underground line construction, planning and design, meter reading and AMR/AMI installation, electrical testing, and street lighting/traffic signal services. Asplundh also operates Rotor Blade Airborne Utilities Management, overhead electric distribution, and transmission lines using MD 500 helicopters.
