Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Examine damaged vehicles and plan efficient repair processes.
- Work with others to communicate vehicle repair status.
- Perform high-quality repairs while meeting on-time deadlines.
- Make informed decisions on repair vs. replace, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Remove and replace vehicle components as needed.
- Participate in required safety meetings.
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
- Supervise repair personnel as needed.
- Certification in body repair is preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
- I-CAR welding certification.
- Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
- Supervisory experience in repair personnel.
- Pass a thorough background check.
