We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team at Interfaith of the Woodlands, Workforce Solutions Office at Willowbrook. As a Recruiter, you will work closely with employers and the Workforce Solutions system to pre-screen and refer qualified candidates to fill job openings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess employer needs and follow up to ensure those needs are met
  • Take job posting information from the employer and send it to the central order taking unit for data entry into the Workforce Solutions system
  • Provide quality customer service to employers and refer qualified candidates
  • Follow up regularly to determine whether we are meeting employer expectations and make adjustments
  • Maintain job postings in WorkInTexas and communicate employer feedback to career office staff
  • Update matching applications
  • Communicate employer requests throughout the Workforce Solutions system

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
  • Direct experience in business administration, marketing, or human resources for at least 5 years
  • Two-plus years recruiting experience in a high-volume organization
  • General knowledge of human resources topics
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates to match employer needs
  • Ability to use assessment tools to effectively screen candidates
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office, familiar with and able to use computers, able to learn new software
  • Works well on teams (flexible, congenial, and adaptable), self-motivated and self-directed, organized, ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
