Primary Purpose

The primary responsibility involves assisting the General Operations Manager in leading and overseeing the operations function.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the operations activities, providing regular coaching, counseling, and communication to associates.
  • Manage general warehouse operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment while adhering to OSHA and Company Safety Guidelines.
  • Set goals, define, and plan projects to ensure operational strategies are effectively executed.
  • Lead performance management processes for supervisors and associates.
  • Engage daily with other departments to address operational challenges.
  • Analyze data on current processes to develop plans that meet established and future business needs.
  • Manage personnel, processes, budgets, performance management, compliance activities, and associate development as required.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
