Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled nursing assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a certified nursing assistant, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding patient care and physical support for patients and residents on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Record patient medical history accurately
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side effects of medications, etc.
- Monitor patients' condition, including fluid intake and output, and compose patient charts
- Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities, such as eating, bathing, etc.
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
- Communicate compassionately and professionally with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:
- CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
- Successful completion of LPN license program required
- Long-Term/Skilled Nursing Facility Experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with PCC
- Compassionate and able to handle stress
- Team Player
