Purpose: Experienced Nurse Practitioner Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Cape May, NJ region. As part of our primary care team, you will provide high-quality medical services to homebound and palliative care patients under the supervision of a physician.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent care to a diverse panel of patients in and around Cape May, NJ.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical history updates, and personalized care planning.
  • Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations using internal platforms.
  • Develop treatment plans, diagnoses, and impressions based on patient needs.
  • Foster trust and collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
  • Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary and prescribe medications and interventions accordingly.

Your Qualifications:

  • Board Certified NP or PA certification in New Jersey.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and treat patients accurately.
  • A positive attitude and strong people skills.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make confident decisions.
  • 1-2 years of experience in primary care, preferably with geriatric patients (hospice experience a plus).
