The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Cardiology at VCU Health Pauley Heart Center is seeking a Board certified/board eligible Cardiologist with training/experience in Advanced Heart Failure and/or Critical Care Medicine. This esteemed position offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class team dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiovascular care and advancing the field through academic discovery.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert clinical care to patients in the CICU and noninvasive cardiology imaging
* Participate in quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
* Support teaching and education through interactions with medical students, residents, and fellows
* Engage in clinical research protocols to advance knowledge and improve patient outcomes

Requirements

* Board certification/board eligibility in Cardiology
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Interest, training, and/or experience in Advanced Heart Failure and Critical Care Cardiology
