Job Title: Aveanna Private Duty Nurse LPN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, assisting them with transitioning from the hospital and providing the continuous care needed to remain at home with their loved ones.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Documenting care provided in our system of record
  • Providing health education and training to family members
  • Communicating with physicians, clients, family members, and staff regarding patient concerns and changes in condition
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
  • One year of prior hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
