Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices, including equipment for meeting rooms.
  • Assist business functions in leveraging information technology to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver comprehensive end-user support for various software applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for both local and remote users.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
  • Respond to IT support requests promptly, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Conduct maintenance, analysis, and repair of hardware and software systems.
  • Oversee and manage IT asset inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to support the local IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing computer hardware and software in a customer-focused service environment.
  • Familiarity with computer imaging, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, IT ticketing systems, asset management, printer services, and videoconferencing tools.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license.
