Key Responsibilities:- The Lead Nursing Supervisor is tasked with overseeing and managing designated nursing staff and clinical areas. This role involves executing routine and standardized responsibilities to ensure effective nursing personnel management.
- Accountable for organizing the nursing team in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, and policies of New Horizon Family Health Services, Inc. (NHFHS).
- In addition to supervisory duties, the Lead Nursing Supervisor will also be responsible for direct practitioner support and clinical patient care activities.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Current licensure as an LPN by the South Carolina Board of Nursing is required.
- BLS CPR certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities alongside foundational nursing knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Practice Manager, Medical Staff, Nursing Services, and other departments.
- Proficient in computer applications and professional email communication.
- Exhibit clear handwriting and strong spelling skills.
- Motivated and enthusiastic learner with a courteous and tactful demeanor.
- Capacity to accept responsibility and work under pressure while maintaining teamwork.
