Position Overview

As a part-time Stylist, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service to every guest. Your goal is to make a positive impact on their day by offering expert fashion advice and creating a memorable shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • You're Customer Focused: You will build and maintain relationships with our guests, using our WOW Service Principles to connect with them and make a difference in their day.
  • You Drive Results: You will set goals and work hard to achieve them, consistently trying to build guest connections to grow our brand footprint and store performance.
  • You Build Networks: You will share our brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community, believing in our impact and wanting others to know more.
  • You Instill Trust: You will do the right thing, adhering to our company policies and procedures.
  • You Communicate Effectively: You will educate guests on product details and personal style, making product suggestions to fit their needs.
  • You are Nimble: You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily flexing between the sales floor, color bar, events, and operations as needed.
  • You Take Action: You will prioritize making a difference in your guest's day, assisting in proactively resolving concerns to ensure their experience is always positive.
  • You Collaborate: You will support your team in providing exceptional experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
