CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a driven professional to join our organization as a leader who can drive business growth and development. With 120 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to excellence and innovation.

The role will involve learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to acquire new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals. As you master our systems and process, you will become an expert in training and developing team members, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.

This is a paid weekly position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and process.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
