The Marketing Services Specialist will collaborate closely with our internal teams and external partners in managing global Marketing video assets, providing day-to-day support for clients' platforms. Your key responsibilities include:

  • ​​Creation of asset title records and corresponding metadata in support of global Marketing strategies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • ​​Confirming customer-facing asset titles and platform placement, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • ​​Tracking incoming source Marketing assets, sourcing globally localized Marketing assets and maintaining close relationships with internal creative teams and external vendors.
  • ​​Continually updating process & procedure documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • ​​Monitoring milestone due dates, issuing timely alerts if project timelines are at risk, scheduling daily updates and tracking progress.
    • ​​Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, business owners, technical teams, or resolving project complexities.
      • ​​Representing Aquent Talent during meetings, business forums, or stakeholder discussions, supporting strategic decision-making.
        • ​​Actively seeking feedback from colleagues, technical teams, or stakeholders on how we can improve.
          • ​​Sharing knowledge on Marketing operations best practices.
            • The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, sound analytical abilities, attributional qualities, a vision-driven mindset, the ability to effectively communicate across multiple audiences, drive projects forward, demonstrate business acumen. With strong teamwork and leadership abilities, you'll thrive in dynamic environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite disadvantageous. The ideal candidate has prior Marketing operations experience at leading studios, music streaming services, or marketing agencies.
