Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various vehicles
- Travel to clients' locations to perform services
- Utilize OEM tools and diagnostic equipment to make effective recommendations for repairs and calibrations
- Prepare report paperwork for customers using established standards
- Act as a subject matter expert and explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to individuals
- 5-7 years of mobile technician experience or equivalent experience in a related position
- OEM scan tool and aftermarket scan tool experience and knowledge
- Proficient in diagnostics of faults, error messages, and modules
- Strong automotive mechanical and electrical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
- 10+ years of experience as a mobile technician or body shop internal mechanic
- Excellent written communication skills
- Certifications: ASE, I-Car, MECP, OEM
Xtreme Collision Repair offers a competitive pay structure and operation hours, including Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, with no weekends. Travel within the assigned geographic area is expected. Commission role with pay based on cost of repairs rendered, with a guaranteed floor and weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit.
