About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of post-training experience. You will have a demonstrated interest and experience in caring for geriatric patients and a passion for quality outcomes in chronic disease management.
About the Center for Senior HealthThe CSH is a dedicated and collegial team with a passion for serving this population with patient-centered care in a supportive environment. Our team consists of 6 Physicians, 4 ARNPs, a Social Worker, and ancillary staff. We offer a comprehensive ambulatory care service, with a full-service laboratory and radiology onsite.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. This position can be 0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE, with both options eligible for full-time benefits. Located across the street from PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center, you will have access to a range of amenities and services.
