  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Review and validate compliance with customs regulations, ensuring all necessary documents are received and processed correctly.
  • Provide regulatory and operational guidance to clients on the US import process, ensuring they are aware of all requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate shipment or client-specific needs, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Requirements:
  • Completion of vocational or technical degree.
  • More than 3 years of experience in customer service in a customs brokerage or logistics environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customs clearance experience is an asset.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn company software and specific programs.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
