Care Director for Hospice Nursing Professionals

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff. As a Care Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care, while also supporting the growth and development of our team members.
Responsibilities
- Led teams of registered nurses in delivering patient-centered care
- Collaborated with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Developed and implemented plans to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required
- 5+ years of home-based care experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare theories, concepts, and practices
